Today was a very good day! I spent a lot of much needed time with my hubby. We went to a bar b q at the church and then went to a friend of ours lil girl's birthday party. I ate WAYYY to much, but I did come home and jump on the treadmill. I changed my routine and can I say it felt WONDERFUL!!!
I walked on 3.5 for a half a mile and then ran on 6 for 30 sec. and then went back to the walking for an HOUR AND A HALF.. can you say I was BEAT!!! But feel GREAT!!
90 minutes 5.5 miles and burned 733 calories.. WOOT WOOT!!!
accountability is a HUGE thing.. oh i couldn't walk yesterday cause dear ole Aunt Flo HATED ME!!! ha ha!
