What a surprise.. AAALLLLLLL that food I ate yesterday and I LOST a pound.. WHAT?!?! I WILL TAKE IT!!

I'm finding I'm racking up the mileage while I don't have the treadmill and I think that could be telling me something! besides the fact that I'm getting vit. D while I'm at it!
