I am back on track a lot better than I thought I'd be, and so excited!!

84 minutes 5 miles and 706 calories

I am so proud of me!!

I had another great day with the family,and even got in a 2 hour nap, something I'm starting to enjoy doing on Sundays, a much needed break!!
