I took yesterday off.. really no excuse but, here is my excuse lol! I worked a 12 hour shift and I. WAS. DRAINED..... period.. thank goodness my wonderful mother in law cooked supper so I was able to rest.
Today I didn't think I had it in me to walk, but.. got on there and
walked 5.5 miles in 90 minutes and burned 756 calories, PERFECT if i must say so myself! (there was no running involved, as i was extremely proud of myself!)
