I'm so happy I have accomplished so much this week! I have stayed on my caloric ranges and the goals I have alllmost reached them all. I was aiming to try to burn ay least 700 calories a day, well some days are easier than others. With that being said, I returned back to work from my vacation today, so my body was WHOOPED! I did get in my milage though, just wish I could have hit more calories, I am not disappointed though.

Here's my stats:

90 minutes 5.25 miles and 613 calories

I am very happy as I have dropped a pound or two! I will weigh in prolly Sat. morning and give my results then!

Attention all you Exercisers!

Now that I have your attention! =) I have some questions that maybe ya'll can help me on??? I have reached another plateau and it is driving me INSANE! I assume I now need to adjust my caloric intake, so I did. I am wondering though, could I be exercising too much? I typically burn around 2700 calories a week, or I aim for 600 a day. I use sparkpeople to track my food and exercises and they say I should only kill 800 calories a week by exercising. IS THIS RIGHT?? I will happily step it down a notch or so, but I was wondering what ya'll thought???
