still on the wagon

I forgot to post what I do for a workout on yesterday, so I'm logging it now beforeI go to work.

I did a 3.29 mile walk
then cooked supper and eat THEN
2.25 mile walk
4 mile bike ride

I will be logging in today's this after noon as I am only going to do a "halfer" since I will be pressing for time. But, I'm thinking half is better than none! :)

a Little Behind..

since I had to get a new computer and for some reason didn't notice that I can't put my card from my camera in it.. I had to wait on a part to use the USB thingie that comes with the camera... nope I had to ORDER 1 from EBAY.. yes that my luck..
ANYHOW.. here are my 2 angels for what they were for Halloween..




TIFFANY as the Flapper.. and she LOVED IT!!





Cody as the Hulk and he INSISTS on doing it again next year!


As for me.. I been keeping up with my exercises on here so I will be sure to do them...

I had a very stressful day, so I walked not once but TWICE and may end up walking a 3rd time with the BIGGEST LOSER is on...

1st walk was for 3.33 miles

2nd walk was for 2.25 miles

also, a 4 mile bike ride

11 flights of stairs

I think I'm sticking to this pretty good!

oops

I did good.. logged 2 days in a row and then quit! thats NOT good! BUT, I got back on the bandwagon yesterday.


Here is what I did on SUNDAY 11/8
walked for 4.18 miles
biked for 3 miles
my heart rate monitor doesn't like me so I quit wearing it.

so far today
walked for 3.3 miles will do at least 1 more mile when DWTS comes on
will be for at least 3 miles also when DWTS is on
make 11 laps on the stairs

I am determined to get back into my routine, as it is sooo hard to do once you stop!

Also, we have been a very busy family doing all sorts of outings with the kids, I finally got the piece to my camera to get them on the computer so now I can spread the joy with y'all! me and my honey

I LOVE the fall season, as the weather is usually perfect for anything and everything! I'm enjoying having all the extra weight off and spending lots of free time with the family!

2 days in a row...

and I feel FANTASTIC!! Today my eating habits returned back to "normal"! YAY!!

My workout today included an hour of walking 3.5 miles for 607 calories
and walked up and down stairs for 5 minutes which was 8 FLIGHTS of stairs!
I feel sooo accomplished. I will be riding the bike for 4 miles in a lil while when the BL comes on and who knows I may walk again since there is a TV in the exercise room :)

We are officially TTC again. Please keep me in your prayers and maybe a lil one will "stick" soon. I'm so excited that the time has come for us to try again. I have found that I appreciate the people I know so much more since that dramatic day.

copycat

I'm gonna try to do something to hold myself accountable to the weight loss.
Jenn over at Jen's journey tracks everything that she does. I'm gonna start putting mmy exercise on here to see if I will start back getting my workouts like I used to. I feel so much better when I behave. :)
SOOOO...
today i have

walked 3.3 miles in 60 minutes which burned 577 calories

biked 4 miles at 16 miles and hour 322 calories

Now to try to bring my eating in properly
