After a LONG depressing 2 MONTHS! I have Finally lost some weight. I have had to get my thoughts together and realize what I've been doing and not doing. I had been eating properly, but I realized that I was only exercising like 2 days a week.. Thats NOT going to cut it! So... I started exercising 5 days (or 6) a week and I have dropped another 6 pounds this week! Yes, Leigh, You DO have to exercise, to do this!!! I have my surgery in about 2 months and I really want to get at least 20 more pounds off, yes it is attainable, and YES i can do it!! I really got my motivation back after I lost a pound or 2. But, now I am determined!
Does anyone have any problems trying to find something that you CAN and WANT to eat, once you've changed your eating habits. Grocery shopping has because a pain in the BUTT for me! Nothing sounds good, can't have that, etc. I will post a new pic of me soon. (gotta buy some fitting clothes) ha ha!
