To Tell or Not To Tell... THAT is the question!

OK.. lets see if I can explain this one to where all my bloggy buddies can understand. Those that "know" me, know that my biological dad and I are not close, at all. My step-dad raised me, but I call him Daddy. OK, with that being said. A LONG time ago, my hubby and I were talking to my "real dad" and step-mom about us wanting kids, well... they do not think we need kids of our own. (Remember, my hubby didn't have any before we met.) We went through the surgery, did not tell my dad that we were having it, in fact he never knew I was at home for 6 weeks! strange, I know. Well, now that I have a peanut, I think I need to tell him before I see him at Christmas, and I don't know how to do it. Because, I'm afraid he will be disappointed in the fact that we didn't follow what HE thought WE should do. (Yes, he is that way) I called him on his birthday, July 3rd, and have not heard from him since. Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated! I know he needs to know, but want to make everyone happy at the same time!

state of shock!

I'm still in a daze! Waiting for reality to sink in! Like, I keep going to the bathroom waiting for AF to show, but hopes she still doesn't at the same time! Yes, I'm weird! But still sooo very excited!
My children have started calling the lil one... "lil buddy".. LOL! and I call it "peanut".
I just wanted to put some random thoughts out there, so I can reread this one day!
October 2nd, can NOT get here fast enough, as I am sooo ready to see my doctors face when I tell him why I am there!!!
Still continue to pray for us, AND thanks for your prayers..

some news

Ok folks!

For about the last few weeks, I have been CRAVING anything with sugar in it, having these very vivid, colorful dreams, and stomach will growl AFTER i eat.

Finally AF was late, so I decided to take a test, AAANNNDDD..

Yep! I am PREGNANT!!! i am soooo excited, no words will ever describe! I go to the dr. Oct 2, to confirm and all that good stuff.

Special Day for Tiffany!

Today is a VERY special day for Tiffany! My daughter was baptized today.I hope that she will always realize that she has made the BEST decision that she will ever had/have made! I am so extremely proud of her, and here are some pictures from HER DAY!




I just hope that she realized this is a life long decision and the God will ALWAYS be there, even if noone else is!

Back to "Normal"

Just wanted to post and let everyone know, I will be returning back to work tomorrow! YAY! I've learned I am NOT a stay at home mom, I don't know how you women do it!
I will be returning to my weight loss efforts as well, hence I can not get motivated sitting in the house all day. I do MUCH better when I work, so HOPEFULLY I will get the other 50 pounds off.
Also, we still in the TTC mode, no news yet on any positives, but maybe it'll be soon and I can post a very HAPPY post!

This picture is from one afternoon when Jamie played with the kids, and they were waiting on me from coming home for who knows where, and they wanted to get in the bed with him.. and fell asleep! I'm not sure if it's a quote and it's often misinterpreted.. But I always say.. God will not give you anything you can't handle... I find this very true.. He gives you your trials and tribulations so YOU will know how to get through the TOUGHER times that you will pass on your journey..

Better Late than Never

I was tagged about a MONTH ago to do this cute lil thing, but I have decided that I have the time now. ( I couldn't figure out how to cut and paste without losing my cool, I guess it was because it was so long.) Thanks Jenn, it was fun, and please forgive me for it being soooo late =)

1. Tiff coming home from church camp tomorrow!

2. Going back to work next month, I am thankful I have a job! So many people are getting laid off, that I truly appreciate mine.

3. Losing more weight, slowly like I did when I first started my diet.

4. Getting Pregnant, and seeing the look on my husbands face when he has his child born. (Yes it will happen to me!)

5. Waking up every morning and getting the snuggles from the kiddos!

6. Football season!

7. christmas, as I'm almost done shopping, and can enjoy the season with the family.

8. My kids going to the school districe that I live in, means, MORE SLEEP!!

1. went to the dr. in mobile

3. cleaned the house a lil

4. went to fox's pizza for supper

5. paid for items I won on ebay

6. took that LONG HOT bath I been waiting for a release to do!

7. sat on the porch and felt the cool breeze at night, how often in south MS do we get that??
